Red Kite - Scotland


Red Kites were once common birds of prey in Scotland, and are rebounding from near extinction thanks to a conservation effort that stretches back more than a century. At a feeding station in southwest Scotland that provides the local population with a steady food source, a couple dozen of the birds swooped in at feeding time, and put on a spectacular show.
